Note to not Shelf
Any resentments or hatred I hold toward others, I will also hold toward myself. This occurs whether I realize it or not. So….I must strive to see my own essence and that of others beyond all of the BS our screwed up, confused selves show at face value. There is something MORE, there. There is essence…our essential selves.

Been sad (depressed) lately. Trying to observe what triggers these feelings. What the H am I thinking? Think it has to do with comparing. Hate that shit.

Perhaps just noticing me would suffice. Is not being noticed (attention) a form of “love” in itself? Or at-least it feels like love. (Thus the bad boy with dismissive parents becomes worse, perhaps?…and the “child” screams “notice me, please!”.
